12/4/24 In North Carolina, the republicans pushed forward a bill that would remove several rights from the incoming democratic governor. The current governor Vetoed the bill but the republicans had enough votes to overturn his veto. The bill makes it where any position that the incoming governor wants to fill, he has to fill it based on a list provided exclusively from the Republicans.
